It was very easy to get to, Andy's house felt right at home, the pool was a big plus relaxing and so private.
Nice getaway location, Andy is a great host and communicated exceptionably, I would consider coming back for sure!

My friends and i went on a little family vacation at this home & LOVED IT. it was so beautiful, nobody bothered us, neighbours were friendly, Andy answered basically immediately for everything. loved this house would definitely stay again!

Wonderfully equipped home central to all cape coral has to offer. Had an issue with the fan (previous guest took the remote) and the host was at the home to fix within minutes. We had our family with a newborn and the home had all the essentials needed. Very clean, updated, and well maintained. Cant wait to get back to this one!!
We enjoyed our stay here and got a lot of use out of the pool. However, it could use some updated patio and inside furniture, and potentially a better cleaning company. Overall we were satisfied and would return
