This Airbnb was beautiful. Plenty of rooms to accommodate our group. Rooms were all clean with nice furniture. The artwork inside the house was top tier. There were plenty of accommodations for us. The only things that we didn't like but weren't major concerns were: ants by the pool area and a few flying ants were in the master bathroom, the lawn could have been mowed, and just there were some rules like no outside music pass 7:00 and if you or any of your guests smoked (regardless if medicinal or not) it wasn't allowed anywhere on the premises, which is very understandable when it comes to the inside of the house but not outside. Other than that everything else was great. Most definitely would recommend. We enjoyed our stay very much.
We enjoyed our stay at Andy's place. Positive: Host: Andy's response time is very quick (we made a reservation for the same day and everything went smoothly) Property inside: very spacious Property outside: we loved the pool (large pool and the water was clean and warm). I enjoyed the seating area by the dock. Nice and quiet view. There was a canoe which we used and also a volleybal field. Recommendations: Rooms: 1 bedroom had a smaller bed (only suitable for 1 smaller child). For us (4 adults and 2 teenagers) this was ok. A blowdryer would be convenient
We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral at Andy's place. It was great being right on the canal and able to fish whenever we wanted! We loved the pool and were in it both days. A bonus was being able to see the fireworks from the lanai and dock. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful stay and Andy was super responsive and really thoughtful. He drove over and dropped off an umbrella for us to use on the fishing dock. The place is absolutely lovely and spacious. I would love to come back and I highly recommend. Thanks for hosting us!

Excelente experiencia. El alojamiento estaba impecable, muy comodo y exactamente como se describe en el anuncio.
